How to work:
The circular yard mixing and reclaiming machine is mainly composed of a rotatable cantilever stacker, a middle column, a side scraper reclaimer (door scraper reclaimer), an electric control system and the like. The middle column is installed in the center of the circular material yard. The upper part of the middle column is equipped with a swingable cantilever stacker. The cantilever stacker can be rotated 360° around the middle column, and the conical shell method is used to realize the cone shell method. The reclaimer is a side scraper reclaimer (door scraper reclaimer) that rotates around the center column. The material of the pile is scraped off to the center column through the reciprocating scraper on the boom of the reclaimer. The following discharge funnel transports the material through the funnel to the underground belt conveyor and out of the yard. The equipment can be continuously stacked, taken, and fully automated.
