The mobile belt conveyor is designed to meet the customer's requirements for mobile receiving solutions and anti-leakage requirements. The equipment capacity can reach 1500 tons / hour, the bandwidth can be up to 2400mm, and the longest can reach 50m. The maximum lifting angle (depending on the material) is up to 23 degrees. The equipment consists of the drive unit, the spindle unit, the tensioning shaft unit, the chain plate unit (including the chain plate and the tape), the chain, the frame, the fence (sealed compartment), and the leakage prevention device.
The whole device adopts modular design and is divided into three parts: the spindle drive section, the intermediate conveying section and the tail tensioning section. According to the user's parameter requirements, the device can be quickly selected and designed. Realize modular design, standardized production and versatility of spare parts.
